How can I contact Bokume?

Where are shipments made from?

Many of our products are shipped expressly from Mexico; In case of stock shortage: All our products are shipped from Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, you can make a cancellation or change as long as it is done within 12 hours of processing payment. All change or cancellation requests after 12 noon immediately after payment processing will be denied. Your order can be returned and/or refunded after you have received the products.


What payment methods does Bokume accept?

We accept all cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and we also accept payments with PayPal. If you want to pay with Crypto; Contact our team at support@bokume.com .


When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?


Due to high demand for our products, orders will take 2-4 weeks to arrive.


What happens if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of being shipped; you are eligible for a refund.


Will I receive any import charges or taxes?

The prices shown on our page are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) with VAT included (16%). Import taxes may be charged when the order reaches its final destination; these taxes are determined by the customs offices of your country. Payment of these taxes is your responsibility and we will not be responsible for them. We are also not responsible for delays and processing times of customs offices (in case of additional delays by these offices). For more information on these taxes and charges, contact your local customs office.



How do I return any product?

What if a product comes defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if any products are incorrect, defective, missing or damaged. Please include the order number, photographs and all references when receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are credited to the original payment method. If you paid with a debit or credit card, the refund will be reflected in your account within 7 to 10 business days of the cancellation/refund request. Please contact the service provider (your bank) with any questions about how long it will take to be officially reflected. If you still have not received the refund after the specified time, do this: Contact the company responsible for the credit/debit account, sometimes it takes time for it to be officially reflected in your account.
